<p>huh? OP?? why not Vtech??? they have about the same rankings, 16th and 17th... but in national rankings, psu is 48th and vtech is 74th..</p>

<p>In the graduate EE rankings, Penn State is #18 and VTech is #29. In the undergrad EE rankings, VTech is in a 3-way tie for #24, and Penn State does not make the list of the top 26.</p>
