electrical Engineering intern

Hi ,
I am a graduating senior in EE from CSUN. I went to a interview with a new company that is in building automation system. At the first interview when he ask about salary i didn't give him any range. But he told me his company's starting salary after internship is 72000-85000 per year. After the 2nd interview I was offered a internship position for $12/hr-15/hr. In the first interview number 72000 sound too good to be true but now internship pay range is very small.
Is this pay too small for electrical engineering intern?
1. Should I take this offer?
2. Or take this and look for a another one
3. At the 2 nd interview all of the candidates were international students except me. So i wonder if this guy looking for cheap labor. What do you think? interviewer didn't dress very formally for the interview.

You are a graduating senior. Why aren’t you looking for a permenant job after graduation?
