<p>I will be majoring in EE and was wondering which college is better?</p>

<p>Cal Poly is ahead of UCR and UCSC in civil and mechanical engineering. But for Computer science and eletrical, then the UCs are better. This is for undergraduate studies.</p>

<p>all engineering majors are better at cal poly pomona, and as far as computer science, I’ve heard it’s about the same at almost every university.</p>

<p>Dude, Cal Poly Pomona! If you were talking about UCI, UCD or UCSB there would be more of an argument, but UCSC and UCR are the bottom of the UC system and the price you would be paying is more than twice as much.</p>
