My son pushed the send button for one app already and about to submit a 2nd. I know when you mail in apps you should always put name, social on each page. Do you need to do the same thing when you send the apps electronically?
Thanks for your responses.

When you apply online via the Common App website, the applicant's name and SS# automatically appear on the bottom of every page. Click the "Print/Print Preview" button to see for yourself. I hope this answers your question.

My son is not using the common app. I just checked on the printed copies and that info does not appear anywhere. Well 3 are already sent (without adding name and ssn to every page). He seems to think they don't print them out on line app material into hard copies when they are reviewing the application. That's why I was curious if anyone had been told to do this. I know I 've heard and read to always do it on everything on paper that is mailed in.

Put the info on the rest of the apps. Call the three schools Tuesday for guidance.

Thanks, since nobody seems to have a definite answer about this, I guess I will have my son call the schools on Monday.
