Does anyone know if any of the dorms have elevators? My D may be on crutches at the beginning of the school year and an elevator would make things easier.
I know that one of the newer dorms, I believe it’s GJW, is completely wheelchair accessible so I assume it has an elevator. When your daughter is filling out the roommate survey, I suggest that she includes this somewhere in her questionnaire. Additionally, her doctor can include this information in her physical. Scripps seems to be pretty good at accommodating students with these types of issues. Good luck!
Thank you @AnneKatherine I emailed the office in charge of disabilities and they provided me with the documentation I’ll need to get. They even provide transportation if she has classes on the other 5C campuses. Hopefully she won’t need any accommodations but it’s relieving to me to know that they’ll be there if necessary.
