<p>Hello,</p>
<p>I am a freshman and accounting major. Currently I have a 2.9 GPA and a 3.6 GPA is recommended. I am trying to bring up my GPA to at least 3.0 by the end of sophomore year, but am concerned I can't bring up close to 3.6. Besides GPA I am very active in business organizations and other related clubs, but no e-board. </p>
<p>I work very hard and tried getting help from professors, tutors, and other learning resources. But I can't seem to get man 3.5 and 4.0s. It is mainly the gen eds like science killing my GPA, not my business classes.</p>
<p>Does anyone have advice for students with low GPA applying to business school?</p>
<p>Would forming a club dramatically increase my chances?</p>
