Elite Scholarship weekend invitations?

I was invited to apply for the elite scholarships and I was just wondering if anyone knew about when they invited people for the on campus interviews. Do they notify you either way or only if you get it?

I emailed the Office of University Scholarships a couple days ago and they told me “Finalist will be notified by the end of January/early February. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.” I have no idea if they notify everyone or only the finalists but either way, I haven’t gotten anything sent to me yet.

OK thank you so much! That’s the time frame I was guessing, but I was just guessing.

@musicgeek97‌ I called early this month and they said it would be released February 1.

I emailed and they said letters were mailed today to finalists and non-finalists.

Mailed. OK so probably get them Monday then.

Go on your AU access account and check email…I got my letter through email on Sunday regarding elite scholarship!

@bsullivan111‌ Did it say you were a finalist? I’m wondering if only finalists got emailed, and both finalists/nonfinalists get letters…

I just checked my AU access. Nothing.

@irlandaise‌ that’s what I’m wondering too. I didn’t get emailed on my Auburn account or my regular account and I haven’t received anything in the mail yet either.

@spu022‌ Well, I called and at first they said some emails had gone out, but put me on hold to check, and came back to say that all applicants were sent a letter and no emails were sent out. So, I don’t really know. I haven’t received a letter either, but I’m not too optimistic at this point.

@irlandaise‌ @musicgeek97 I assume we’ll get the letters either tomorrow or Thursday then. I can’t see why it would take any longer since we’re all from north AL

@spu022 Me either but my mail lady is crazy. I’m just praying it actually gets put in my mail box.

Nothing yet in south AL either. I was so sure the letter would be here today.
