Elite Schools with Great Transfer Aid

<p>Obviously Stanford, Harvard, and Yale would all have great aid packages for transfers, but what about other elite schools (preferably with acceptances rates greater than 5%)? </p>

<p>I know Brown is need-aware, but what about other ivies/top LACs? Anyone have experience with Penn's transfer aid?</p>
