<p>Yeah it happend to me too - I got one 2 weeks ago and I got one again today. At first I thought I applied twice (like clicked the thing twice) and thought I had 2 Michigan ID numbers haha</p>

<p>^^ I think you should call them up to see whats goinf on with your application. I think it shouldn't take more than 10 days</p>
<p>that's not true. I submitted mine middle dec and got 4/4 middle of jan. It's probably clogging up now so it'll take longer.</p>
<p>I applied mid Jan, got my 4/4 at the end of Jan. I'd say call...</p>
