Email about decision checking?

<p>It's March 29th...do you know how to check your Penn admissions decisions?</p>

<p>Seriously, though...I've gotten instructions from just about every other college about how to login and check my decision, except for Penn. Considering the date it's getting peculiarly late to send notification. Has anyone else received (or not received) this email?</p>

<p>Thank you for applying to the University of Pennsylvania. We will be posting Admissions Decisions online on Tuesday, March 31st, 2009 at 5 p.m. E.S.T.</p>

<p>Your decision can be viewed by going to:

<p>Please bookmark this web address and go there on March 31st. (You will not be able to log in until March 31, at 5 p.m. E.S.T.)</p>

<p>The Online Decision website uses the same UserName and Password that you’ve already been using to access the MyPenn Applicant Portal.</p>

<p>For those who do not check their decision online, we will also be mailing decision letters.</p>

<p>Well then…approximately how long ago was that sent? And how do I go about finding my username/password…I assume that was also emailed some time ago?</p>

<p>Got the same email as Aaron on March 23rd. You should have gotten information about setting up your PennPortal account in the mail sometime in February (at least I did).</p>

<p>Well, I emailed them and today I got a pretty generic response telling me that decisions wouldn’t be up till tomorrow. Of course, that isn’t the problem - with no username/password/etc I have no way of checking online tomorrow!! gahhh</p>

<p>kz26, I got my username and password through via snail mail and there was never an e-mail regarding the issue just so you know</p>

<p>It is postmarked January 6, 2009</p>

<p>I got that email March 23. And kz26, the username and password is the same as your MyPennPortal.</p>

<p>If you never got the snail mail, then there could be a problem. You should call them and make sure they received your application.</p>

<p>To my knowledge I never got the letter either. As such I don’t have access to the Portal either. Will be calling them…</p>
