Email comes before official mail?

<p>The email says "Please also know that Cornell will mail admission decisions to all applicants, so you can expect to receive paper notification as well."</p>

<p>Do you think we will receive the official mail on thursday too? or that theyre mailing it on thursday?</p>

<p>haha if we just get the mail that day, id rather just open that instead of getting a near heart attack refreshing a page a million times at 5:01 pm.</p>

<p>Not positive, but I think they MAIL the letters on Thursday, so expect it Monday, Tuesday, etc.</p>

<p>In 2006, the computer site gave the results and the hard copy letter arrived at a snail’s pace a few days later.</p>
