<p>I think the e-mail means that Brown wants everyone to check at different times because of the massive amounts of applicants they receive. It could be a random system or my alternate theory is that it is connected to possible decisions. I applied again this year, as I was waitlisted last year, so an early time could mean either acceptance or rejection.</p>

<p>yea mine said to check at 6 pm... do you think they space out the times so that people who don't go on forums and blogs check at there specified time... or do you think that brown actually releases the decision for different people at different times..</p>
<p>I'm a PLME RD in NYC, last name starts with R, and my application was late Dec. I got 5:00 PM on my link. It's funny how the email said 6:00 PM though.</p>
