<p>Did anyone else get this?</p>

<p>Just a quick note from Cal Poly’s Office of Admissions, Recruitment & Financial Aid…</p>

<p>As the new year has started, many undergraduate applicants eagerly await their selection notices from Cal Poly for the 2008 Fall Quarter. All undergraduate applicants should expect to hear decisions from our office by April 2008.</p>

<p>Additionally, Cal Poly is busy preparing for the 2008-2009 academic year with:
increased on-campus housing opportunities; a renewed commitment to our ‘learn by doing’ philosophy; exciting opportunities in every major across campus.</p>

<p>We wish you success as you continue to work hard toward completing this academic year!</p>

<p>P.S.: Beginning Friday, January 18 at 5:00 p.m. certain service links offered through MyCalPoly will be unavailable until the end of January. This includes all links on the Admissions Self-Service tab.</p>

<p>i got that too i'm not too sure what it means exactly....</p>

<p>does anyone know when housing applications are supposed to be sent in? because if we hear from them near april..then how are we supposed to get a head start on housing if those are due like in march? i want to be in sequoia more than anything..</p>

<p>jackht27, the application is available starting february 1st! and i really want to be in sequoia too :)</p>

<p>however, that application in february is only available to student who were admitted early decision..</p>

<p>i'm a city and regional planning major.. but i plan to take courses in arch.. hopefully double in it or switch into it</p>

<p>Wow, I haven't gotten ANY emails from SLO yet. I don't know what they're doing up there. =(</p>

<p>i believe the email was only for early admitted students so you have nothing to worry about</p>

<p>oops.. all the people that i knew that got it were ED.. not sure what to tell you then..</p>

<p>i'm rd (applied ed) and i got it as well..</p>

<p>i don't think it matters though. everyone who applied should have gotten one.</p>

<p>it didn't really say much though, so i wouldn't worry about it.</p>
