<p>What does this mean?? My heart literally jumped when I read that, but I've just looked at my application status and there's nothing there about an acceptance. </p>

<p>Yes…unfortunatley Castillian is a private dorm and they have absolutley nothing to do with the admissions process at UT…good luck though!!</p>
<p>Apparently, UT sells our names and addresses (along with email addresses) to local private dorms and real estate agents… that’s why everyone gets so much junk from these places :(</p>

<p>Haha, to be honest, I think the off-campus dorms are overrated. If you really want a private bathroom, then Dobie is probably a good option. If you’re okay with shared or community bathrooms, then on-campus (even Jester) is much better than you’ve probably heard. </p>
<p>For one thing, Jester rooms are noticeably bigger than Dobie rooms, and usually well air-conditioned. Every time I go over to Dobie, it’s way too hot and stuffy.</p>
