Email or U.S. Mail

<p>Are acceptance letters sent only via U.S. mail or will they be emailed if the applicant applied online? Is it true that the first letters won't be mailed out until after 10/10/11? If my son applied in September...does that mean it will be well into October or later before he finds out?</p>

<p>Getting anxious! Pitt is his only choice at the moment! If he gets in...it will be blue and gold at our house for at least the next four years. </p>

<p>Last year they notified by mail only. Look for a large white envelope with a picture of the Cathedral of Learning on it, that says Congratulations!</p>
