Email showing up on profile page?

This might sound like a dumb question, but is your email visible only to you, or can other users access it? When I logged in for the first time, it showed my personal email under my username on my profile page, and that made me concerned. I want to get rid of it ASAP so that people don’t stalk me.

(Btw, I’m new here, so I’m still trying to figure out how this site works.)

Likely only visible to you and there mods (and admins). Not the members. I can’t see yours.
