Email Will Not Work!

<p>I set up my Brown email about three weeks ago, but I still can’t get it to work. Are you guys able to get on your email?</p>

<p>Yup, I had trouble at first but I think it had to do with confusing my email name with my username which are different</p>

<ol>
<li>Are you going to gmail.brown.edu?</li>
<li>The first time you log on, you have to use the “Gmail Activation Key” (or something along those lines) that was on the confirmation page you got when you activated your account as your password.</li>
</ol>

<p>^I agree with cjh901228. I had some problems too and they fixed them in less than 10 minutes over the phone.</p>

<p>Wait I think I’m missing something here. How did you guys set up your emails?</p>

<p>Yeah, I guess I will call tomorrow. I am getting really frustrated, and I can’t figure out how to fix this.</p>

<p>Did you get your e-mail set up? My son had trouble but got it straightened out with a call. PM me if you want more info.</p>
