<p>So! I just got an email from McGill saying "A McGill email account has been set up for you! Facebook, at last!" BUT when I went to Minerva to set my password to use said email, it told me that I had no email and couldn't set a password. What's up, Minerva? Did anyone else get this email?</p>
<p>I just got it too..I have no idea, maybe it's delayed, or we still have to wait until august 2nd...I'm going to check minerva now.</p>
<p>i too got the email and was wondering about this, but i'm assuming its a case of sending an email before anything actually works (ala the residence halls a couple weeks ago). </p>

<p>The same thing happened with my acceptance actually. They told me after my audition that I should hear by the third week of March..didn't hear until the first week of April. Drove me craaaaazy.</p>
<p>yeah, this is annoying. i was super psyched/shocked when i first got the email. oh well. i'm pretty certain we won't be able to set them up until after registering for classes, urgh! haha mcgill is such a tease, as is their system minerva.</p>
<p>hey, the same thing happened to me...but I just checked and it allowed me to set the IT sevices password. That means it will work in 60 minutes.
I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.</p>
