Parents,

My D is trying to contact a college as she is having some technical difficulty with submitting an app.
There is no point of contact name in admissions.
In this case, how and who to address the email to?

Also, if the student is busy with school from 8am to 6pm, and cannot call the college, can parent contact college on student’s behalf?

Yes a parent can call. Sometimes you need her ID number if she made an account. Usually they understand and want to help.

There is usually a link on the web site to contact with questions, too.

There is also usually a “admissions@.edu” kind of email you can use
