emailing interviewer with additional information?

I recently had an interview, and while I think it went well, there was some things left unsaid that I wish was discussed. After the interview, my interviewer handed me a card and said to email them with any more questions or things to say. Is emailing talking about other things about me (activities, etc.) an appropriate thing to send? I feel a bit awkward in doing this, but I also feel that the things I did not get to say during the interview could potentially help me in the admissions process.

Absolutely, go for it. Just say that you had some further thoughts on the interview.

I agree completely. Don’t feel uncomfortable at all. It just shows your interest and that you care. Good luck!
