Has anyone received anything email wise from UCLA besides the acknowledgment of receiving your application in early December? When are we supposed to receive access to myUCLA to check our application's status? AHH it's driving me crazy...I've received so much more from CAL!

I received a STEM Open House invite.

I just checked and we now have access to the decision site. After I logged in it says this,

"Dear PreMedaholic:

We have received your application for Fall Quarter 2013. However, admission decisions have not yet been made for our transfer applicants. We plan to begin notifying transfer applicants of our decisions starting in late April. Please check with us again around that time.

and Relations with Schools"

Hi PreMedaholic, where did you get the access to the decision site?

This is the decision site:
https://www.admissions.ucla.edu/Decision/Login.aspx

UCLA doesn’t have a portal site like some of the other UCs. Your decision is released there and then from there you make an URSA account to submit your SIR.

I didnt get a stem open house invite :(

thanks @dilapidatemind i was wonder where the website was! lol

@HopingToXfer me neither, hope that doesn’t mean anything

The cool thing about the online decision site being up is that for the first time we can see our UCLA Student IDs. I’ll be trying to create my UCLA Logon ID & URSA account.

^^^ I see what you’re trying to do :p

^ It worked. But there are absolutely no “trick” indicators showing whether one has been admitted or not at this point. Nice to know I have my very own UCLA Logon ID, though. :p

@ dilapidatedmind, thanks!

You have any clue of how to mess with the summer session?

@HopingToXfer, I’ve read about that summer session thing, but I’m not going to mess with it.

"MyUCLA services are limited to undergraduate, graduate and professional students who have been officially admitted to UCLA, UCLA Alumni, UCLA University Extension students who have petitioned for concurrent enrollment, UCLA Summer Sessions students, UCLA instructors, and current UCLA staff.

Your UCLA Logon ID does not appear to be affiliated with any of these groups. If you have multiple UCLA Logon IDs, you must use the UCLA Logon ID associated with a 9-digit UCLA Identification Number that is from one or more of these groups. You can look up your UCLA Logon ID at http://logon.ucla.edu. If you have any questions, please contact the MyUCLA help desk at myucla@college.ucla.edu."

Oops…

@HopingToXfer I don’t think you get the invite unless you are applying as science/engineering majors. Also it’s only for those with that major and also “underrepresented” so i am guessing certain income level and ethnicity maybe.

I guess civil engineering with a 3.93 is not good enough?
