<p>Hi there. I know what an embargo is, but who enforces it and when does it "get lifted"? What happens if you all write about a specific question? How do "they" know, aside from monitoring this site?</p>

<p>The CC mods lift it. The embargo isn’t a real Collegeboard embargo, since CB says that you can never discuss any questions with anyone ever. It should have been lifted by now, but I’m guessing they’ll lift it at 3 EST because the test will be almost over on the west coast.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure they forgot to lift it. For previous tests it gets lifted around 1:30 to 2:00. So it should be perfectly fine to discuss.</p>
