Is anyone here familiar with their aerospace program. I know that they are ranked number 1 for programs without phds but I was hoping someone would know about job placement starting salary, etc. How does it compare to Cal Poly San luis obispo which is another of my choices? Do employers and grad schools look more favorably on one than the other?

Embry-Riddle seems to be a very popular school for Aero engineering, but make sure you take a closer look. Although, my brother and I were accepted to ERAU and my dad graduated from ERAU (satellite campus), we decided to turn down the offer. ERAU is a school that offers a wonderful degree, but reviews with consistently be negative. Many students are not proud of their degree and would not return.

Check page 10 and 11:

thanks a lot! That link was very helpful

Cool report. Of the three ERAU grads from 2011 that I know, one AE grad is employed with a starting salary of $80k. One has had 2 NASA internships and is currently in a grad program at Purdue. And one recently accepted a position at Boeing in Seattle. No knowledge of other AE programs. All 3 loved their ERAU experience.
