Hi guys! Does anyone know why I can not log in my UC application account???
I know my account and my password. It says “you can not log in at this time”.
I tried if I enter a wrong password it will says “your account or password are wrong”
It seems like my account was frozen. Does anyone know the reason?? Anyone met this problem before??
I’am very nervous right now… it’s weekend and the UC app Center is close. I can not contact them.

I think someone hacked my account. I got a message yesterday from UCSB and it says my information has been updated but I didn’t do that. Then I log in my UCSB admission and see someone has declined my offer. Should I call police?
Ok, first of all… calm down. You cannot call the police for this matter. I would highly suggest calling UC (check for their contact info). I am sure that they will resolve this issue. Best of luck to you.
Don’t worry much. Call on Monday on your situation and they will understand, especially when you DO want to attend.
