Emergency!! can not log in my uc application account.

Hi guys! Does anyone know why I can not log in my UC application account???
I know my account and my password. It says “you can not log in at this time”.
I tried if I enter a wrong password it will says “your account or password are wrong”

It seems like my account was frozen. Does anyone know the reason?? Anyone met this problem before??
I’am very nervous right now… it’s weekend and the UC app Center is close. I can not contact them.

I think someone hacked my account. I got a message yesterday from UCSB and it says my information has been updated but I didn’t do that. Then I log in my UCSB admission and see someone has declined my offer. Should I call police?

No, do not call the police.

Call UCSB on Monday and tell them your problem. Did you post anything, like a screen shot, of your acceptance? Last year lots of people had the same issue after posting things to ig/twitter with their ID number on it.

If so, take the photo down immediately, and call ALL UCs you applied to on Monday and explain.

It may also be a simple glitch that will resolve in a day.

I don’t know @lindyk8 , if the UCSB offer was declined without OP’s knowledge, something might be up.

Edit: I was able to log in with no problem

True, but today is Saturday. I meant if it’s a glitch it should resolve by Sunday evening. He can’t do anything before then. He should also really recheck pw.
