Emergency please help

I decided to apply early decision for Brown University but I have taken only ONE SAT II's so far but the requirement is 2 (also same for other colleges I'd like to apply). The problem is I decided to retake my SAT I on October and take multiple SAT II's in november. While Brown University Website states that it will consider November tests, will I be UNABLE to submit my application with only ONE SAT II? HELP!! My SAT is in the 2000-2100.

IF I am able to submit my application with only one SAT II (US HISTORY) and retake that SAT II in november will it replace it? Will it hurt my chances at all?

THANK YOU

I’m not sure I understand the question.

If you are asking whether it will be physically possible to submit your application now even though your test scores won’t be available until later, the answer is yes.

My daughter’s guidance counselor said that the order doesn’t matter; a file will be started for you as soon as the first piece of the application arrives.

My daughter has submitted ACT scores to several colleges, will then submit her applications (and is aiming for November 1) and will later submit her SAT II scores, after she takes them October 8.

I’ll make it clear. I’m applying Early Decision for Brown and the deadline is November 1st. If I dont take SAT II’s on October( take SAT I instead) but on November which will be AFTER the deadline, will they accept my application which will have only ONE SAT 2 by the time i submit it?

I know I can add stuff to my application after my application is sent…I just want to know whether my application will be ACCEPTED with only ONE SAT 2

No. Your app will not be considered if it is not complete by the deadline.

Call Brown and ask.

But you may need to switch the order of your tests and take the SATII first.

why don’t you call the Brown admissions folks and ask … they get similar questions all the time.

Now I understand. The answer is yes, you can take SAT I in October and SAT IIs in November for Early Decision with a November 1 due date. The Brown website says you can send the SAT II results by November 1 or take the November administration of the test. Here is the website: [Brown Admission: Important Dates](<a href=“Undergraduate Admission | Brown University”>Undergraduate Admission | Brown University)

THANK YOU!! I was really worried :)

Why would you risk applying with scores you haven’t seen? ED is not much of a boost for the unhooked, you’d be better off, given score choice, waiting to see f you need to retake anything and applying RD.
