I took AP Chemistry on my junior year and got a 4 on it. Today, I found out that my AP Chem score wasnt received and I have to take the Chem test. But i can not go to that link. Do i have to take chem placement test in order to enroll in Chem 6A class?

You needed to have taken the Math placement test in order to enroll in Chem 6a.

SD received my AP Cal BC exam score(Got 5) and placed me into Math 20C. So is it okay?

You only need the chem placement test to get into Chem 6AH (ie. honors). So no emergency!!!!!! :D

no you need to take the chem placement test to NOT be placed automatically into chem4

Ah!!!!!!!!I dont know which answer is right or wrong!!!!!!

I NEVER took the chem placement test, and never took chem AP, and I took chem 6AH. The chem placement test is just a suggestion...

yeah its not very important, i was recommended for 6AH but decided to just take regular chem series

Oh actually, Beware0fNerd is right. The chem placement test isn't necessary for anything. You don't have to take it. In fact, I think this was made pretty clear on many UCSD webpages- I guess I just forgot.
