Emergency with Score Reporting for ACT

Ok guys something really bad happened and I need some advice ASAP.

I need to send 2 of my ACT scores to a bunch of colleges, but my family simply can’t afford to pay for all of the score reporting fees. In total, I need to pay about $300 in fees, which is something I really cant pay for.
Whats worse is that my score reporting fee isnt waived, because I stupidly payed full price when registering for both my ACTs.
I already submitted my applications to all the colleges I’m applying to, and soon they’ll be expecting two official score reports. If I fail to send these score reports, they’ll think that my self-reported 35 and 33 are just lies.
My high school counseler was able to give me a fee waiver code for my SAT subject test scores (thankfully), but on the ACT website, I couldn’t find where to input my code.
I’ve gone as far as starting a GoFundMe to raise donations in order to pay for this insurmountable $300 fee.
I need advice and answers fast. What should I do??
Thanks.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought that you are only required to send your ACT score to the college you choose to attend. So in actuality you will only have to pay for sending the scores to one college…the one you are going to:)

Can you ask your GC or the ACT people how to apply your fee waiver?

"Fee waivers cover only the basic registration fee for your test option on a national test date, including up to four college choices (if you provide valid codes when you register).** After registration, the student can request up to an additional 20 regular score reports for free. **Waivers do not cover the late registration fee, test date or test center changes, standby fee, additional score reports, or any other services.

Schools are moving toward letting you self-report scores and then sending official scores if you are accepted and choose to attend. Double-check to see if any of your schools allow self-reporting this way.
