(Emergent) PSAT rule question

I am currently a junior in high school and just took the school day SAT in April. My school was offered SAT retake because of the irregularity of the test setting. Well, basically my school forbade students to use restroom in resting time, so College Board decided to give the students from my school another chance to take the SAT without counting the April score. My question is that my school had also forbidden students to use restroom for the PSAT/NMSQT (the real scholarship one) in last October, in which my score was detrimentally affected, could I retake the PSAT/NMSQT this June 30th to make it up? Or is it too late? Thanks in advance.

Anyone?

You can try and raise this issue with the College Board, but I highly doubt they would let you retake the PSAT. It’s too late and you would be taking it way later than all the other students. Also, the PSAT is shorter than the SAT, so they could make the argument that you don’t really need a bathroom break for the PSAT. By the way, did you mean to say “urgent,” in your question?

I really doubt you are going to get anywhere with that. My college final exams were 3 hours long and I can’t recall anyone being allowed to leave to use the bathroom.
