Does anyone know how students that present their projects early tomorrow morning can get from the dorms to the conference center?

Is this it?? Each participant will receive a printed copy of the Conference schedule at check-in on the day of the conference. In an effort to conserve resources, we will not be providing printed copies of the abstracts.

If you are presenting a poster presentation, we will have poster boards and clips available on-site. After the event, please keep your poster as awardees will be asked to bring them to the award luncheon next week.

If your presentation is Oral, don’t forget to bring your Prezi or PowerPoint file on a flash drive to check-in. Presentations created using Apple Pages will not be accepted. Be sure to allow extra time for the upload process.

There will be 2 buses with pick up/drop off locations at Morgan Hall and the Bryant Conference Center running continuously from 7:30am-5:00pm.

Thank you!

Good luck to your son/daughter!!

For anyone interested, abstracts of research presentations/posters are available online – very interesting reading. The conference encompasses more than just Emerging Scholars.

This is like a gigantic science fair on steroids! I loved reading through this and picking out some very familiar names, some of whom have parents who are CC regulars - well done, students!

Thanks for this post. I love reading all the neat stuff these kids are doing. Good luck and have fun!

I posted some info and a link in the Bama Brags thread.
