Emerging Scholars Program

<p>Ok so I got into the college of natural sciences at UT Austin and got an invitation today for Emerging Scholars Program in Chemistry today. Anyone know anything about this program? Is it worthwhile, selective, etc?

<p>Another Random Question- I paid my housing deposit around mid-November.. what are the chances that i could get San Jacinto? I talked to an RA and he said i had a good shot. For anyone that got into San Jac, wht time did you pay your housing deposit.</p>
