Emerson College (Marketing Comm) or U of SC (Retail/Fashion Merchandising)?

Transfer student with interest in fashion/retail/marketing deciding on whether to attend University of SC with a major in Retail Management/Fashion Merchandising or Emerson College majoring in Marketing Communication (possible history minor). Pros and cons of either program or school? Reputation/ranking of both school's programs? Emerson is an awesome school with selective admission. It has lots of opportunities for internships and it's in Boston as well as 'close' to NY, but it's not the traditional college experience: school spirit, football, closed campus, etc. and is limited in majors/minors because it is so specialized (no minor in spanish, for example). U of SC on the other hand is the full traditional college experience complete with sororities, fraternities (Emerson has them on a limited scale but not the ones the student is interested in), somewhat closed campus (feels like a campus atmosphere) and has lots more opportunities for majors, minors, and seemingly study abroad opportunities as well, but it is a large school. I've heard students say even though it is a large school they say it doesn't feel big. Thoughts/opinions/reasons for one school/program over the other?

Bump. Need to decide asap.
