Hi! I thought I’d start this for anyone who applied RD to Emerson! I applied for Media Production Arts (Writing for Film and TV) and to the Honors College. I’m really nervous, Emerson is one of my top choices! I hope the decisions come out March 15 like they did last year.

Good luck! I got in Early Action like prepro, and I applied to the Honors College! I didn’t get into the Honors College and the rejection said something along the lines of “with only 40 seats, it’s incredibly competitive” so good luck. Here are my stats if you wanna compare yourself, good luck though!
GPA: 3.74 (UW)
Two APs
All Honors courses
ACT: 29 (30 super scored)
Good essay
@PurpleWatomelon my stats are extremely similar to yours so I’m feeling hopeful! I know getting into the honors program is a long shot, so I won’t be too disappointed if I don’t get in. Thanks for commenting I appreciate you calming my anxiety!

I applied to Design and Technology RD. No one from drama has heard yet 
If we hear today, I’m sure it won’t be until later.

Emerson is on spring break this week per their FB page.

Actually, I no longer think that’s true. I checked the page this morning and a message popped up that they were on break, but I just tried it again and that didn’t happen.
They came back from spring break on Monday. Plus the administrative offices opened Wednesday after the storm and classes started Wednesday. So I think they can still release decisions hopefully today.
But… Isn’t the spring break something for the students? I doubt the admissions office takes a break at this time!

I think the earlier box was just a not updated error because I went to the Emerson College admissions page and a pop up box came up that said they were on break and not available to chat. However, the dates don’t line up.
