Emory posted on social media yesterday about tomorrow at 6pm. They will post reminders later today and then they will do so tomorrow leading up to 6pm. Then as the videos of people getting accepted get posted (or photos) those will be shared.
I can tell you that during ED if you applied ED to Emory and RD to Oxford and were not getting into the Atlanta campus the portal switch to have Oxford RD on the list instead of Emory ED. Oxford campus has many students graduate early and switch to Atlanta and emory will admit to the Spring term there. They already have an idea of how many students will be taking the early Oxford grad because last year in early March they asked my son if he would be taking that option. He told them no (for the second time as he could have left in one year). He always wanted Oxford so it wasn’t happening. I am not saying it means you are being accepted for Spring Oxford 2023 term but letting you know that Emory does accept some people that way. Always have. I graduated Emory in 1994 (all four years ATL) and even then it happened.
It does not mean necessarily mean an admission or not inputted. There are many outcomes from emory. One college, both colleges, neither college, either or both waitlists, spring admission to Oxford (generally not to ATL since Oxford transfers get that) and referral. Referral would be you applied to one campus but emory thinks you would do better on the other. They will refer and tell you about it and then you decide if you are okay with the other option. No need to guess. You will know in less than 25 hours.
He may but cannot tell you. When my son told his college advisor at his HS the guy already knew. As an alum when I interview I know the same day as my interviewees find out. Simply as an alum I get the stats tomorrow and so will my son as a current student.
