Emory Early Decision I or Regular Decision?

Hello,

I'm currently trying to decide whether to apply to Emory Early Decision I or Regular Decision. The issue isn't that I don't for sure that I want to go to Emory, but that I don't know which of the two admission options would yield the highest likelihood of acceptance given my stats.

I have a 4.32 weighted GPA and a 3.86 unweighted GPA (counting expected senior year grades)

Top 10% of my graduating class

IB student with 13 total IB/AP classes by the end of high school

I currently have a 1950 SAT score, but I do plan on taking it again and getting closer to a 2100 (would be higher yet if I applied RD)

710 on biology SAT II (could take the math 2 SAT II and get over 700 if applying RD)

Eagle Scout

Book Club (Tolle Lege) founder and president senior year

National Honor Society VP senior year

Senior Secretary in student council

Science National Honor Society treasurer senior year

4 years DECA member and once national attendee (won at State where my competition ended) plus Fall Leadership Development Conference

2 years HOSA member and once state competitor

1 year FBLA and state competitor

3 years Beta Club

3 years Nation French Honor Society

2 years National Honor Society

2 years National Technical Honor Society

2 year Science National Honor Society

1 year Mu Alpha Theta

3 years swim team (Varsity team, although there is only one team so...)

So how are my chances in general for Emory, and which admission plan should I apply through?

Thanks.
