Emory Grade Policy

How is the grading policy in Emory University like? Is there a deflation or an inflation? Or is it just neutral? I am also aiming to go to a prestigious grad school and I don't want to risk getting low GPA's at a school with grade deflation. (of course in any college, getting a good GPA requires much effort) Please give me feedbacks!

emory does have a grade inflation from my experience. the average gpa at emory hovers around a 3.3-3.4, according to a publication last year. as a result, 60 percent of its graduating class attends graduate school, opposed to 6 percent at UPenn. look up the stats, ull find em online. grade inflation really helps when it comes to grad school admissions.

From what I hear, it depends on the major you are in. For example, business majors have a much easier time maintaining a high GPA as compared to some like science majors (keep in mind that this is all hearsay).

I would disagree that business majors have a easier time with a higher GPA given that all BBA classes are curved.

And yet again hearsay proves to be false. haha
