Emory Housing?

HOPKINS HALL
SMITH HALL
THOMAS HALL
DOBBS HALL
EVANS HALL
FEW HALL
HARRIS HALL
MCTYEIRE HALL
NEW TURMAN

Out of these dorms, which one would you recommend to incoming freshmen?

If there was another thread like this, then feel free to post it please!
Thanks:)

You don’t get to choose your housing, only give preferences (co-ed by floor, single sex floor, etc.) But to answer your question, Few and Evans are the newest (and nicest), followed by New Turman. The others are basically the same with Dobbs having smaller rooms than the rest.

Scholars get priority on housing (woo). I’ve been to New Turman, which was built last year, and it was a great dorm. Lots of space, great common room, lots to love. Great to know that there are two dorms that are just as new and even better.

Yea u don’t pick

If it’s the same as last year, write the essay for Living Green (Few&Evans) or Citizenship (New Turman). Those three buildings are the newest and best buildings.

And where do I send those essays to?
Thank you for your help!
