Emory or Wake Forest?

I was wait listed by Oxford College and accepted by Wake Forest. I’m considering a major in either accounting or finance. May anyone provide any insight as to which university is better for either or both of the majors I’ve listed above? Costs aren’t a problem and class size isn’t a concern. Even if I don’t make it off the wait list this year, I’m considering transferring out from Wake Forest to perhaps Emory College or another university (any suggestions?) later on.

Any input would be much appreciated!

For accounting and finance, probably best to do Emory… Better network (not as regional as WF)… and you’ll make enough to pay the extra costs…
You can also try transferring to a place like Lehigh.

@aluminum_boat Thank you! I’m really hoping I’ll get off the Oxford college wait list. If I don’t, though, do you have any idea how hard it is to transfer from another university to Emory College for sophomore year?

I don’t know, sorry. But you definitely want to do really well in whatever college you end up with… Don’t want to leave it to chance.
