Is it possible to put EA for Oxford and EDII for Emory at the same time?

Secondly, do I need to mail the Oxford supplement even though I filled out the common app?
Just answered the "why Emory" question on the supplement.

If put 'Both' for the colleges you're sending the supplement to, then Emory and Oxford will receive it. You need to send paper work to each college separately (i.e. counselor rec, transcript, etc).

For some reason, my school lead me to believe that I only needed to send the counselor rec and whatnot to "Emory University" because I'm doing the Emory Scholars program. And of course, today is the deadline for Oxford Scholars as well, and the only "separate" paperwork that I'm lacking for Oxford is a counselor rec, so I suppose it would be unacceptable to send that on Monday, even though I already sent one to Emory?! Bleh.

I didn't think anything was necessary for Oxford Scholars. In the brochure I got, it just said that Oxford Scholars was self nominated and said that only Emory and Goizueta Scholars required a counselor/teacher rec.

Hmmm. That's what I had thought as well, but I just found somewhere on the site that it says counselor rec is the only required one... But I did already send one for Emory Scholars, so I'm just going to submit the thing and hope for the best.

The counselor rec is only required for regular admissions and Emory/Goizueta Scholars require a counselor and teacher rec. You can just apply to Oxford Scholars by checking that box on the commonapp (if that's what you used).

Well, I mean I didn't even submit a counselor rec for reg. admissions for Oxford... :\
Yeah, used Commonapp.
