Emory Premed?

I'm a junior and super confused as to which colleges I should I apply to. I'm looking for a college with a great premed program (not necessarily an actual program or major, meaning wonderful advisors and opportunities to boost med school applications/acceptance).

Can anyone please inform me about Emory? How is the science rigor? Dorms? Social life? School spirit? Difficulty to maintain a 3.7+?

Those same questions have been answered a billion times before. Use the search function.

or another way to reply might be …

your questions are very good ones, and not going to be very easily answered.

I think the most important point you can take away is … the effort of the individual will by

far eclipse the specifics of their choice of schools in Med School admissions.

You should go to a place that is a good fit for you and try your best to get high GPA and

high MCATS. I think that it is safe to say that Med School admissions are more numbers

driven than UG acceptance.

It is true that you will find tons of great information all over this site. You might consider

BA or BS/MD combined programs which have plusses and minuses. good luck

Honestly, It matters more how well you do and the opportunities you take advantage of at the college of your choice, over the name on your application for Med-School. From what I have heard, the preMed-School at Emory is a fantastic program.
