<p>Where’d you guys see your decision? I know mine probs won’t be up till the 31st, but won’t hurt to check.</p>

<p>Does no new communications on opus mean you didn’t make it or is there a message on opus saying you didn’t make it? I applied for Goizueta, so I am thinking it is the 31st for me, but I am just wondering for all you scholars out there. thanks for the help and congrats to all the accepted semi-finalists!</p>

<p>lucky semifinalist, if you don’t mind sharing your scores and EC. Not that it matters anymore, but wanted to compare to see what happened. I had 33 on ACT, 2100 SAT, 3.98 GPA, and tons of EC.</p>

<p>so its mainly the scores. I forgot to mention that I also am a AP scholar with distinction. SAT subject tests scores are 710 biology, 760 Math II and 710 U.S history. Almost, close to 1000 community hours, president Red Cross Club, Class treasurer, two times winner of the National Spanish exam etc etc. I think there is a cut off SAT score to be eligible. Good scholars essay, which is surprising because I learned about the scholarship competition 2 days before the deadline… I’m the worst, haha. </p>

<p>Lucky Semifinalist. Based on most of the stats I viewed in this thread, I still find it hard to believe that I’ve been recognized along with such intelligent, accomplished young individuals. It truly is a surreal experience. Now that we’ve been awarded semifinalist status, are we awarded some scholarships, or do we have advance through more rounds or something?</p>
