<p>I recieved my notification in the mail today from Emory for the Emory Scholars Program. The letter said that i was accepted into Emory and that i was one of the 400 semifinalists. The net cut is from 400 down to 70, who have on campus interviews. </p>

<p>wouldn't it? i see all these 4.0 gpas on the board. are those unweighted or weighted? my little measley unweighted 3.8 looks positively sad beside all the bigger numbers...</p>

<p>semifinalists - they didn't post anything on opus talking about your status, right? i'm dying to get a letter of some sort, and i doubt i'm going to be able to last through school tomorrow without knowing. argh!</p>
