Hello. I applied to Emory University under the Early Decision I plan for the engineering dual-degree program. I am a female senior; however, both my parents have not gone to college so I am a first generation college student. Also, I come from a low-income family. My SAT score is 1470 with a 3.7 unweighted GPA without my freshman year grades since they do not include the freshman year grades. What are my chances of getting in here?
Also, I applied for the scholars program and I was just wondering if I would still hear back by December 15 if I got in or didn’t.
