My D was wait listed at Emory, accepted at Oxford. 31 ACT, 3.83 unw GPA, strong ECs, tons of community service, Asian and Hispanic
Not totally relevant but I was accepted ED to Emory, didn’t apply to Oxford. Congrats to everyone that got accepted! I sure was happy when I saw my notification and got to spend 24 hours believing I was going to my dream school. Preliminary financial aid came in next day, and well, nothing. Had to notify them to release me from the ED contract, which was really painful. I’m a little bitter but hopefully things go better for those of you who got accepted, hope you guys got the financial aid to actually afford to go there.

Accepted to Oxford College, rejected by Emory College, still excited that I can get an Emory University degree and spend two years on the main campus.
@nicknamemenot Did you apply for need based financial aid and can you access it if you did
No financial aid notification here, and yes, I did apply
I have a link on OPUS saying financial aid. When I click it, there is a financial award tab but nothing under it I can click.
