I was wondering… when I write the supplemental for Oxford, does Emory get to see it? In other words, do my essays go to different college admissions offices or just to Emory’s?

They are colleges within the same University, so if you slack off there is definitely a chance it could affect Emory college’s decision…
@ReachSAT when I visited the Oxford campus I asked who my admission counselor there was and they said that all of te admissions counselors divvy up the applications, so my admissions counselor from Emory is the same one that will look at my application for Oxford and Emory college. At least, that’s what I gathered from that conversation. My counselor just happened to be one from Emory but yours might be from Oxford. Check their website and find out but it’s the same person who will read it for both campuses.

suggests that this is indeed one of the main ways that they have basically gotten their stats to reach parity with main campus. Also, the document is an interesting read about some of the challenges Oxford has faced in the past and which ones remain. Main campus has such documents but they seem less forthcoming and just less honest than this document.
