Emory vs Tufts

@ljberkow I probably am confused.

I guess I don’t hear about social intermingling between the Cambridge campuses of Harvard/MIT and the Tufts student body.

@BiffBrown I don’t think Tufts students necessarily want to intermingle with Harvard students. There’s no need and there’s plenty around Tufts in Davis and Porter, and other squares around Tufts. To “go out”, I’m assuming for sports or entertainment, Boston is much more of a draw than Cambridge. Maybe some Tufts alums or students can weigh in, Emory is a bit more self contained than Tufts and Druid Hills and Emory Village are a bit sleepy, either keeping students on campus or necessarily downtown or Buckhead. Emory is about five times the size of Tufts, so there’s more going on right on campus. It’s been a long time for me. On my last visit to Emory, I did think that Decatur was actually a pretty great area to do things and relatively close to Emory.

@ZenjuChan
Visit Emory, and see if you like it. It’s definitely enjoyable to me. It’s 15 minutes from midtown. And the BBA program is top notch.
