Apparently, Emory University became part of Atlanta in 2018. So no longer uses a Decatur address.
Drive time from Emory to Georgia Tech is almost 30 minutes in busy traffic, 16 minutes in light traffic.
GA Tech is in midtown on one side. Its location is in walking distance from several downtown hotels.
Returning to the thread topic of UF or Emory, it depends upon what OP is seeking in university experience. The difference between the two is quite dramatic. Totally different environments & totally different experiences.
