Emory vs USC vs NYU

Emory University
USC
NYU (BA/DDS program)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I narrowed it down to these 3 schools. I am going for pre-dentistry. Although the NYU program seems good, I still have to do very well on the DAT (MCAT for dentists) and I need to maintain a very high GPA. For the NYU program I would also have to major in biology (I'd rather major in Chemistry).
Emory University Cost ~ 22k a year
NYU Cost 40k a year (only 3 years though since it's accelerated)
USC Cost ~ didn't receive aid yet but probably between 15-22k a year
What do you think would be the best choice? Thanks!!!
emory is known for its premed stuff. it also owns hospitals which gives research/internship opportunities to emory students. NYU even if it’s 3 years would still cost more than emory. I would just go with emory.
USC is an awesome place, but my friend who attends came to Emory last summer (he finished his freshmen year) and took classes. He described how terrible the teachers and how large the courses were in those all-important introductory science/math courses. He basically admitted that even the summer instruction he was getting at Emory surpassed that experience and I know for a fact that summer is inferior to semester and was only doing it to get a jumpstart on my newly declared bio major. Emory probably handles this situation much better. Intro. courses are smaller and taught relatively well compared to many peers. If you are a good student, they’ll prepare you for harder (and normally better) sections in upperlevel courses.
By the way, this friend is a BME major at USC. Likes his engineering classes, but hates the natural science classes there. Also, for chem., if you come to Emory, you come at the right time I guess. It’s going back on the upswing (took a hit when the economy went down, perhaps way moreso than other science depts.)
A word of warning, I know a student (associate/tutee moreso than friend) who is pre-dentistry, and he finds Emory a bit tough considering his track. You know since it’s moreso geared towards those going to med. school, he thinks some classes at Emory like bio and Orgo. are overkill compared to many schools. With that said, math and physics classes (will need this for med. school, so I’m guessing it applies to dentistry) at places like NYU and USC will be a bit harder, though Emory at least has life sciences calc. which is a bit tougher than the average normal calc. 1/2 section here, but more useful since it integrates biology and statistics.
