Hey guys, so basically, I want to start out with I have ALWAYS been this way.

I would frequently cry my junior year because I would look up stats for the university. Obviously, I was very unproductive and would just think and think and think.

Now I'm a sophomore at my university and drastic measures must be taken. My GPA is terrible and only going down. I'm always thinking about graduate school, my GPA, what I need to do, etc.

I just want to try my best. Now I just failed 2 midterms and can only drop one class. I am so screwed and sad all the time.

Awe, sweetie, I’m sorry that you feel this way. I’ve cried a lot during my junior year as well.

I don’t think you understand my problem… I’m going to fail out of college.

Sorry to her about your situation.
An important step here is to try to find what the deep issues are that make you sad all the time.
Is there something bothering you that you have not sought help with? Unresolved issues can lead to not having the ability to concentrate in your studies and enjoying the great experiences that your undergraduate studies have to offer.
So, try to see if you can narrow-down in writing the things that make you, worried, over-think, and Sad. then you might see if you need to see a counselor for guidance on how to handle the underline issue or issues.
BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.
