<p>Hi, I am considering studying Economics in the UK and I know not many British schools are seen to be at the level of the Ivies (at least in America), with the exception of Oxbridge, LSE and Imperial. Outside of these four, how do schools like the University of Manchester and University of Edinburgh rank? What are the perceived reputations of grads from these schools and how employable are they in the US?</p>
<p>ycang most people have never heard of university of manchester in the US…I can assure you…remove imperial from that list…the only known schools would be oxford, cam, LSE</p>
